At approximately 5:45 am on February 12, 2014, police reported that a 2002 Acura 32T midsize car was headed north on in the middle lane of Interstate Route 75. The left rear tire allegedly blew out and caused the driver to lose control. The vehicle struck the concrete median barrier wall. 22 year old Kelsey N. Wiley, who was driving, sustained injuries and was transported by Vandalia Fire and Rescue to Miami Valley Hospital along with an occupant who also sustained injuries, 22 year old Kevin White Jr. Sandy’s towed the car.
