Bell Jr. Coitsville Township Police Department reported that on February 10, 2014 at approximately 12:45 pm, a 2004 Ford van was stopped at a red light on 6th Street North Bound at the intersection of Federal Highway 422. As the light turned green, the driver of the Ford began to enter the intersection as a 2012 Chevy Impala midsize car was headed east on the same road, being driven by Bell. The driver of the van allegedly failed to obey the red light and struck the Chevy with his vehicle. He was charged and Messaros towed both vehicles.
