Red’s towing was called in to tow two vehicles that were involved in a crash in Green, Gallia, Ohio, and caused injuries to an 18-year-old youth. On February 2, 2014 at approximately 10:26 am, police reported that a 46-year-old man, Dewey R. Howes of Gallipolis, Ohio, was driving a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country minivan, east on State Route 141. A 2005 Toyota Camry midsize car was being driven by a 49 year old man, Marc A. Shockey, also of Gallipolis, Ohio, west on the same road. The driver of the minivan allegedly drove left of the center of the roadway and struck the car head on. The injured youth, Jacob F. Shockey, was an occupant of the car.
