An accident occurred and resulted in injuries for two people in Duchouquet, Auglaize, Ohio, on January 26, 2014 at approximately 1:00 pm. Reports from the police are that a 35 year old man, Joshua A. Vasquez of Elida, Ohio, was driving a 1997 Plymouth Belvedere midsize car, along with a 1999 Ford Ranger pickup that was being driven by an 18 year old youth of Fostoria, Ohio. Both were headed south on Interstate Route 75 in the right lane. A snow plow was allegedly plowing in the right berm and caused the snow to blow. The driver of the car slowed for the blowing snow and was struck in the rear by the pickup. An occupant of the car, 33 year old Amy Vasquez was also injured. The man was treated at the scene, while Wapakoneta EMS transported the woman to Lima Memorial. Kinstle’s towed the car and Miller’s towed the pickup.
