Ice Shatters Windshield and Injures 66 Y-O Man in Madison, OH

Traffic halted on the morning commute on Interstate 71 in Range, Madison, Ohio, on January 9, 2014 following a crash that occurred and resulted in injuries for a 66 year old man who was treated at the scene. Martini. Ice that was on the top of the truck allegedly struck the windshield of the pickup and shattered its windshield. Two occupants of both vehicles, James R. Gavigan 38 and Cody M.
