A 2003 Chrysler Cruze midsize car that a 23-year-old woman, Chelsey Michaele Imboden of Racine, Ohio, was driving, east on State Route 124 in Rutland, Meigs, Ohio, on January 5, 2014 crashed and resulted in injuries for the driver.
