A 19 year old girl who was the driver of a 2006 BMW 525 midsize car, sustained injuries and was transported by Springdale EMS to Mercy Fairfield on January 5, 2013 at approximately 10:42 pm. Reports are that the woman was driving east on Interstate Route 275 near to the 40.3 mile marker when she allegedly lost control of the car. It went off the roadway and struck a median barrier wall.
