Two Women, Two Children Injured in Ashtabula, Ohio, Speeding Crash

An alleged speeding crash occurred in Plymouth, Ashtabula, Ohio, and resulted in injuries for four people, including two children on December 23, 2013 at approximately 6:04 pm. According to reports from the OSHP, a 39 year old woman, Barbi A. Judson of North Jefferson, Ohio, was driving a 2002 Jeep Cherokee, south on Jefferson Road. She allegedly drove off the right side of the roadway where the vehicle struck a guardrail and rolled over. Occupants of the vehicle, Samantha L. Mahoney 21, Elizabeth K. Judson 9 and Kevin M. Watson 1, along with the driver were all transported by Plymouth Township EMS to Ashtabula Medical center. Dominick’s towed the SUV.
