A 24-year-old man sustained injuries and was treated at the scene by Medcare EMS after a crash that occurred in Montgomery, Marion, Ohio, on December 14, 2013 at approximately 12:22 am. Police reports are that the man was driving a 2007 Dodge Ram pickup, south on State Route 37, when he allegedly lost control and the pickup traveled off the left side of the roadway. The vehicle went into a ditch and struck a mailbox and a culvert before it rested. He was charged with operating his vehicle without reasonable control and Osborn’s towed the pickup.
