It was alleged that speeding was the cause of a crash that occurred on Federal Highway 23 in Scioto, Ross, Ohio, and resulted in injuries for the 43-year-old driver of a 1997 Ford Ranger pickup. Police reports are that on December 16, 2013 at approximately 6:07 am, the man was driving his pickup, north on Federal Highway 23 when it went off the right side of the roadway where it allegedly struck a bridge rail.
