Police reports are that on December 12, 2013 at approximately 5:11 pm, a 34-year-old woman of Youngstown, Ohio, was driving a 1996 Suzuki SUV, west on Federal Highway 422. A 51-year-old woman, also of Youngstown, Ohio, was driving a 2000 Chevy Cavalier compact car, east on the same road. The driver of the SUV attempted to make a left turn into a gas station and was allegedly struck by the car. Both drivers were charged, the driver of the Chevy with failure to use a child restraint. One was treated at the scene, while the man, 53-year-old David Clark, who was an occupant of the Chevy, was transported by Clemente EMS to St. Elizabeth Main. Three other occupants of both vehicles, Diamond Elise Gatewood 9, India Armour 11 and Kaiya Coleman 6, were not injured. Messaro and Bugno’s towed the vehicles.
