Geauga, Oh, Crash Injures 27 Y-O Woman

A 27 year old woman sustained injuries in an accident that occurred in Munson, Geauga, Ohio, on December 5, 2013 at approximately 6:15 am. According to police reports, a 2008 Jeep Patriot SUV was being driven by the 27 year old woman, Heather R. McGhee of Geauga, Ohio, north on State Route 44 approaching the intersection with Hospital Drive. A 1989 Chevy C150 pickup was being driven by a 65 year old man of Garrettsville, Ohio, west on Hospital Drive. The driver stopped at the stop sign, waiting to turn left onto State Route 44. He allegedly failed to yield from the stop sign and entered the intersection, where his vehicle was struck by the SUV. She was transported by Munson Rescue to Geauga Medical and the elderly man was charged. Fade’s and Hatcher towed the vehicles.
