Two children who were occupants of a 2013 Honda Odyssey minivan, sustained injuries in an accident that occurred on November 5, 2011 at approximately 8:04 am in Tate, Clermont, Ohio. According to police reports a 2002 Toyota was being driven by 30 year old Amber K. Anderson, west on Pitzer Road, while a 2013 Honda Odyssey minivan was headed east on the same road. Both vehicles allegedly struck each other. The Toyota went off the right side of the roadway and struck a ditch before it rested. The minivan that was being driven by 56 year old Debbie L. Bastin of Bethel, Ohio, traveled off the right, then left side of the roadway, struck a utility pole and then rested. An occupant of the Toyota Wesley R. Teeters was treated by Bethel Tate, while 2 children who were occupants of the minivan were transported by Bethel Tate to Children’s. Burn’s towed the vehicles.
