Elderly Woman Injured in Marion Angle Crash

A two vehicle crash caused injuries to an elderly woman, 62 year old Kathy J. Brown of Port Clinton, Ohio, on October 2, 2013 at approximately 8:40 am. Police reports are that a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe SUV was being driven by a 58 year old man, west on County Route 195, while the woman was driving a 2002 Jaguar midsize car, south on Federal Highway 23. The man allegedly failed to yield the right of way to the Jaguar and attempted to enter the southbound lanes of the highway. The SUV struck the car in the left front. She was treated at the scene and the man was charged.
