A 35-year-old man, Jason M. Cottril of Rockbridge, Ohio, was treated at the scene for injuries he received, following an accident that occurred on County Route 33A in Berne, Fairfield, Ohio, on September 5, 2013 at approximately 4:45 pm. According to reports from the OSHP, a 48 year old man was driving a 2007 Toyota Tacoma south on Wilsons Lane and stopped at a stop sign at County Route 33A. The 35 year old man was headed west in a 1999 Honda Civic midsize car, approaching Wilsons Lane. The driver of the pickup allegedly pulled his vehicle out in front of the car and was struck by it. The driver of the pickup was charged and John’s towed the car.
