A 1975 Mass FE heavy vehicle that was parked on the roadway, was struck in the rear by a 2008 Chevy midsize car on State Route 96 in Milton, Ashland, Ohio, and resulted in injuries for three people. On October 12, 2013 at approximately 9:12 pm, police reports were that the heavy vehicle was being driven by 32 year old Kristi K. Dunivan of Ashland, Ohio, east on State Route 96 and parked on the roadway. The driver of the Chevy, 30 year old Michael R. Donaldson of Greenwich, Ohio, was headed east on State Route 96 and allegedly struck the heavy vehicle in the rear. The Chevy then ran off the right side of the roadway. Both drivers and an occupant of the Chevy, 11 year old Maizilyn R. Dunivan were injured and transported by Ashland EMS to Ashland Samaritan. Aber’s towed both vehicles.
