Boy Injured in Columbiana, OH, as SUV Strikes Car

An 11 year old boy, Payten G. Densmore was injured and treated at the scene by Liverpool County EMS following an accident that occurred and resulted in his injuries in Madison, Columbiana, Ohio on October 16, 2013 at approximately 5:05 pm. Reports from the OSHP are that 22 year old Charles N. Kinemond of Lisbon, Ohio, was driving a 2011 Chevy Equinox SUV north on Township Route 784. The 35 year old female driver of a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero midsize car, was driving east on Township Route 872 and allegedly failed to yield at a stop sign. The car was struck by the SUV, it spun and rested in the intersection. The boy was an occupant of the car, along with 9 year old Dakota I. Densmore who was not injured. Baker’s towed the car and the driver was charged.
