An accident occurred and resulted in injuries for a 47 year old woman, Kandy S. Newsome of Nevada, Ohio, who was treated at the scene in Antrim, Wyandot, Ohio at approximately 8:55 pm. According to police reports, on September 11, 2013 the woman was driving a 2006 Honda Accord midsize car, headed south on State Route 231. A deer allegedly entered the roadway and was struck by the car. The deer ran into a corn field.
