A 1994 International Truck struck a ditch and overturned after it spilled its contents on State Route 114 in Blue Creek, Paulding, Ohio, on September 17, 2013 at approximately 2:03 pm, causing injuries to its 28 year old driver. Police reports are that the truck was being driven by the man, Dustin A. Ramseyer of Montpelier IN, west on State Route 114 and ran off the right of the roadway. It returned to the highway and allegedly began to yaw. The truck overturned onto its right, crossed the centerline and struck a ditch. The contents began to separate and spill onto the roadway. After striking the ditch it completely overturned and rested on its four wheels. The man was transported by Scott EMS to Van Wert City ER and Geidon towed the truck.
