Ted’s Towing towed a 2001 Ford Escort midsize car that was involved in an accident, which saw a 67-year-old man, William G. Kavenski of Wheelersburg, Ohio, receiving injuries and being treated at the scene on September 10, 2013 at 3:00 pm. Reports from the OSHP are that an elderly woman, aged 73 years old of Lucasville, Ohio, was driving a 2004 Kia Rio midsize car, south on State Route 139 and stopped behind a stopped school bus. The elderly man was driving a 2001 Ford Escort midsize car, also heading south on State Route 139 behind the Kia when it allegedly struck it in the rear. The woman was charged and two occupants of the Kia, 16 year old Mark A. Ward and 68 year old Betty J. Jarrells were not injured.
