A 40 year old man was injured, treated at the scene and then charged following an accident that occurred in Rose, Carroll, Ohio, on September 10, 2013 at approximately 2:16 pm. According to reports from the police, the man was driving a 1994 Chevy C150 pickup, while a 44 year old man, Clifford B. Miller, was driving a 2012 Ford F350 pickup, both headed north on State Route 542. The driver of the Chevy attempted to pass the Ford pickup, while the vehicle was turning left into a driveway. The Chevy allegedly struck the Ford pickup and continued off the right side of the roadway where it struck a guardrail and overturned. Reidl’s towed the Chevy.
