A two-vehicle crash occurred and resulted in injuries for a 54 year old man of Wapakoneta, Ohio. Reports from the OSHP are that a 2007 Toyota Matrix midsize car and a 2003 Ford FS4 pickup were headed east on State Route 117. The 54 year old man, Lee T. Blank, who was driving the pickup, slowed suddenly due to traffic turning into a business area. The 28 year old driver of the Toyota allegedly failed to maintain an assured clear distance and struck the pickup in the rear. The injured man was treated at the scene and Phoenix towed the car. The driver of the Toyota was charged.
