A 20-year-old man of McArthur, Ohio, sustained injuries in an accident that was allegedly caused by speeding in Elk, Vinton, Ohio. He allegedly lost control of the vehicle in a curve and it went off the left side of the roadway. It then struck a ditch and rested.
