A 39-year-old woman, Gail S. Dick of Montpelier, Ohio, was treated at the scene following an accident that occurred and resulted in her injuries in Jefferson, Williams, Ohio. Reports from the ODPS are that on August 6, 2013, at approximately 1:26 pm, a 1997 International truck was being driven by a 57-year-old man, north on State Route 15. It allegedly ran into the rear of a 2010 Honda Odyssey minivan that was being driven by Dick. The man was charged and Hutch’s towed the minivan.
