A 73 year old man was treated at the scene of a crash that occurred in Goshen, Tuscarawas, Ohio, on July 31, 2013 at approximately 10:15 am. Reports from the OSHP are that the elderly man, Donald E. Huff of Dennison, Ohio, was driving a 2003 Buick Lesaber midsize car west on Federal Highway 20 in the right lane. A 55 year old man of Uhrichsville, Ohio was driving a 2005 Chevy Aveo compact car west on the same road, also in the right lane. The driver of the Chevy allegedly failed to stop and struck the Buick. Both cars pulled onto the right berm. A 72 year old woman, Judith A. Huff 72, was not injured. Performance towed the Chevy and the driver was charged.
