An 18 year old pedestrian, Stephen R. Vidman of McDonald, Ohio, sustained injuries in a truck crash that occurred in Braceville, Trumbull, Ohio, on July 29, 2013 at approximately 9:45 am. Reports from the OHSP are that a 47 year old man, James P. Mahmet of Milton, Ohio, was driving a 2008 Dodge truck north on State Route 534. The youth was a road worker, who was standing in the north lane with a stop sign. The driver of the truck struck him in the roadway, he was thrown in the air and landed in tall grass off the right side. Metro Lifeflight transported him to Cleveland Metro.
