A 59-year-old woman sustained injuries in a crash that occurred on July 15, 2013, at approximately 1:00 pm police reported. The reports further stated that a 43-year-old man of Woodsfield, Ohio, was driving a 2006 KW truck east on State Route 303. The woman, Ilene E. Grapes was driving a 2006 Mercury Grand Am full-size car, north on State Route 60. The driver of the truck allegedly failed to yield from a stop sign at State Route 60 and drove into the lane of travel of the car and struck it. The woman was treated at the scene and the man charged. Three occupants of both vehicles, Merle R. Lingenfelter 73, Kaden L. Tomlin 10 and Lori J. Winker 54 were not hurt. Fitzgerald’s towed the car.
