Champaign, Ohio Angle Crash Injures Two Girls

Two girls sustained injuries in an accident that occurred in Urbana, Champaign, Ohio at approximately 5:09 pm on June 9, 2013, police reported. The reports further stated that a 35 year old man, Bradley Michael Gaus of Urbana, Ohio was driving a 2002 Ford Explorer SUV west on East State Route 29. A 1995 Honda sub-compact car that was being driven by 16 year old Taylor Ann Dixon allegedly failed to yield the right of way at the intersection. The SUV struck the car at an angle. The injured girl, along with a 12 year old occupant of the car, Lauren Hollar, was transported by Urbana EMS to Mercy Medical Urbana. J & M towed the SUV and Maine’s towed the car.

Accidents that occurred in 2010 which involved drivers’ failure to yield accounted for 12,165 that resulted in injuries.
