A young man, Dielyn Shamar Davis of Akron, Ohio, aged 20 years old, was driving a 1996 Acura ATL midsize car north on White Pond drive, when he allegedly drove the car off the right side of the roadway. Police reports are that on May 15, 2013 at approximately 7:24 am, the young man allegedly experienced mechanical problems with his car and it allegedly struck a utility pole. The young man refused medical care and was treated by an unknown source. The driver was charged and ST towed the vehicle.
