Conway of Ostander, Ohio, was stopped at a stop sign on the ramp from Federal Highway 33 to Federal Highway 44. She was attempting to make a right turn. A 61 year old man of Columbus, Ohio was driving a 2004 Chevy Impala midsize car up the ramp, behind the Acura and allegedly struck it in the rear. The man was charged.
