A 58-year-old woman, Janice M. Howard of Arcanum, Ohio, who was riding a bicycle on Delisle Poorman’s Road was killed in an accident that occurred in Neave, Darke, Ohio, on July 12, 2013 at approximately 8:27 am. Reports from the Darke County Sheriff’s Office are that a 24 year old woman, Jessica L. Jones was driving a 1993 Honda Civic midsize car east on Delisle Poorman’s Road when she allegedly struck the rear of the bicycle that was being ridden by the older woman. Her body was transported by Arcanum EMS, while the younger woman was transported by Tri Village to Wayne ER.
