Five teenagers sustained injuries as a SUV struck an embankment and overturned in York, Morgan, Ohio on July 22, 2013 at approximately 10:49 pm. Reports from the OSHP are that the five were traveling in a 1996 Jeep Cherokee SUV, east on State Route 669. The vehicle was allegedly driven off the left side of the roadway when the accident occurred. The driver, 17-year-old Logan M. Ratlift and 4 others, Ryan Seth Hammer 14, Johnathan E.
