A 17 year old youth was rushed to Tiffin Mercy Hospital by Tiffin EMS following an accident that occurred in Hopewell, Seneca, Ohio and resulted in his injuries. Police reports are that on May 15, 2013 at approximately 4:36 pm, the youth was driving a 2004 Saturn Ion midsize car south on State Route 53.
