1 Killed, 2 Injured as Pickup Strikes Culvert/Pole in Warren, Ohio

26 year old Michael D. Leach lost his life in an accident that occurred in Franklin, Warren, Ohio, on June 9, 2013 at approximately 6:39 am. Reports from the OSHP are that the man was driving a 2000 GMC Sonoma pickup north on State Route 123. He allegedly drove the vehicle off the right side of the roadway, where it struck a concrete culvert and a utility pole. Warren County Coroner transported the body to Montgomery City Morgue. Two other occupants who were also injured Dylan B. Leach 7 and Chad A. Leach, 27, were transported by Franklin Township to Atrium Hospital. Econo Transport removed the vehicle from the scene.
