A 49-year-old Tiltonsville, Ohio, woman, sustained injuries in an accident, which occurred on May 16, 2013 at approximately 5:10 pm, in Warren, Jefferson, Ohio. Police reported that a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer SUV that was being driven by the woman, was headed east on State Route 150, when it was allegedly driven off the right side of the roadway, where it struck a guardrail. It continued off the left side of the roadway, where it also struck an embankment. She was transported by Dillonvalle Fire Department to Wheeling Hospital and then charged with operating her vehicle without reasonable control.
