Police reports are that an unknown silver vehicle was being driven east on State Route 613 and allegedly struck the rear of a 2000 Ford Windom minivan that was being driven by a 63 year old woman, Shirley A. Jenkins, who also sustained injuries and both were treated at the scene. The man, Randy L. Forrer was an occupant of the Ford.
