A 51 year old man of Columbia, West Virginia was injured in a crash that occurred in Gallipolis, Gallia, Ohio on April 16, 2013 at approximately 11:18 am. Reports from the police are that a 1995 Ford F150 pickup was headed east on Federal Highway 35, while the 51 y-o man, James F. Sprouse was driving a 2000 Ford F150 pickup and following behind it on the same road. An 85 year old man who was the driver of the 1995 Ford allegedly struck the 2000 Ford in the rear bumper at a merge point at a stop sign in a construction zone. The elderly man, who is from Pleasant, WV was charged.
