A-1 Towing towed a 2006 Chevy Cobalt compact car that was involved in an accident, which saw a 20-year-old man, of Batavia, Ohio, receiving injuries and being transported by Rarden Sed 4 to SOMC on April 21, 2013 at 3:20 pm. Reports from the ODPS are that the man was driving the Chevy west on State Route 73, when he allegedly swerved to avoid striking a vehicle that was headed east on the same road. The man then lost control of the vehicle, which slid off the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch and then overturned into a second ditch.
