At approximately 6:05 pm on April 11, 2013, police reported that a 2012 Toyota Camry was being driven south in the alleyway between the parking lot of the Masonic Temple and East McInley Street, when the 77 year old male driver allegedly lost control and drove off the left side of the alleyway. The car struck a fence that was directly behind 215 East McInley Street. The vehicle continued through the fence and struck the back porch that was connected to the residence. Brookville EMS took the man to Hospital 1 after which he was charged. Towing 1 removed the car from the premises.
