Two men sustained injuries in a crash that occurred in Madison, Franklin, Ohio; on April 10, 2013 at approximately 8:15 pm. Reports from the ODPS are that one of the men, aged 45 was driving a 2006 BMW 325 midsize car, south on Winchester Pike Road and stopped to wait on traffic in order to make a left turn onto Blackmer Bridge Boulevard. The other man, aged 39 who was driving a 2002 BMW 330, was headed south on Winchester Pike, failed to see the other vehicle stopped at the stop sign and allegedly struck it in the rear. Madison Township Medic # 182 treated and released both drivers after which the 39 year old man was charged with ACDA. Eastland and Long’s towing removed the vehicles from the scene.
