A SUV crashed in a work zone and caused injuries to a 23 year old man in Concord, Lake, Ohio, on October 7, 2013 at approximately 1:48 am. Police reports are that a 22 year old man of Pipersville, PA, was driving a 2000 Ford Eclipse 1 SUV, east on Interstate Route 90. He allegedly drove off the right side of the roadway, struck a construction barrel and overturned. The injured man, David A. Summers of Muncie, IN., was an occupant of the SUV. He was transported by Concord Township EMS to Tripoint Hospital. There were 5 other occupants who were not injured. The driver was charged with operating his vehicle without reasonable control.
