In our practice, we often see accidents arising from other drivers losing control of their vehicle. In cases like these, our clients’ uninsured motorist coverage can become vitally important in ensuring that they are fairly compensated. All too often our offices see cases where the “at fault” party carries little or no liability insurance. If our client carries uninsured motorist coverage through their own auto insurance carrier they can be protected in this situation because the uninsured motorist coverage will pick up where the “at fault” party’s insurance coverage ends.
