A 28 year old woman and a 9 year old girl, Bryce E. James of Columbus, Ohio, sustained injuries in a crash that occurred in Allen, Union, Ohio, on February 18, 2014 at approximately 1:35 pm. Reports from the OSHP are that the man was driving a 2004 Pontiac Vibe midsize car, east on Federal Highway 33, along with a 1999 Chevy that was being driven by a 28 year old man, Phillip L. Rickman. The driver of the Pontiac allegedly lost control in front of the Chevy and was struck in the front end. The Pontiac then went off the right side of the roadway and down an embankment, off the left side of the roadway and into the median. Both were treated at the scene. A 3 year old girl, Justice C. Allison was not hurt. The driver of the Pontiac was charged and Kirby’s towed the car.
