The driver of the truck, allegedly began to lose control on the icy roadway and 20 year old Taylor N. Fling of Columbus, Ohio. Her car was struck by the truck, that was being driven by a 50 year old man of Chester, SC, in the right front. She drove her vehicle off the left side of the roadway and into the median. She was treated at the scene and Rusty’s towed the truck, while Moore’s towed the car. The driver of the truck was charged.
