Reports from the OSHP are that on February 8, 2014 at approximately 2:41 pm, a 1999 Chevy Silverado pickup was being driven by the woman, south on County Route 3. The pickup was allegedly driven through the intersection of County Route 3 and Federal Highway 36, where it struck the guardrail. The woman and the man, who was an occupant of the pickup, were transported by East Knox EMS and College Monroe EMS to Knox Community Hospital. Howard Street towed the pickup.
