A 19 year old youth James Castin, sustained injuries in a crash that occurred in Pickerington, Fairfield, Ohio, on February 8, 2014 at approximately 6:09 pm. Police reports are that a 2003 Toyota Corolla midsize car was being driven by an elderly woman, west on Refugee Road when it allegedly rear-ended a 2013 Toyota compact car that was headed in the same direction. He was transported by Violet Township Fire to Ridge Medical. The elderly woman was charged.
