A 57 year old woman sustained injuries in a crash that occurred in Mason, Warren, Ohio, on January 23, 2014 at approximately 5:04 pm. Police reports are that the woman, Diane L. McLean of Middletown, Ohio, was driving a 2004 Mercury Montego midsize car, south on Snider Road, at Reading road. The driver of a 2013 Chrysler minivan, David Louis Rothman of Los Angeles, CA, was headed north on Snider Road and allegedly failed to yield the right of way to the driver of the Mercury. The man turned left and proceeded onto Reading Road. His vehicle struck the car and ran off the right of the roadway, struck a pedestrian signal and a 2003 Jaguar XK8 that was parked. Both drivers were treated at the scene.
