A SUV overturned on the icy road in Dinsmore, Shelby, Ohio, and caused injuries to a 57 year old man, Randall L. Skinner of Botkins, Ohio; on January 19, 2014 at approximately 8:07 pm. Reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office are that a 34 year old man, Dustin L. Skinner of Wapakoneta, Ohio, was driving a 2000 Chevy Blazer SUV, west on Botkins Road near Staley Road. Because of the windy conditions and ice/snow covered roads with drifts, the vehicle allegedly went off the right side of the roadway and overturned. The injured man, who was an occupant, was treated at the scene.
