An accident that occurred in Monroe, Carroll, Ohio, caused property damage on February 16, 2014 at approximately 11:35 am. Reports from the OSHP are that the 19 year old youth, of Pittsburgh PA., was driving a 2011 Ford F55 single unit truck west on State Route 212. The driver negotiated a right curve and allegedly lost control of the vehicle. It went off the right side of the roadway and struck a ditch and an embankment. No injuries were reported and the driver was charged with operating his vehicle without reasonable control.
