A 24 year old woman of Mechanicsburg, Ohio, sustained injuries in a crash that was allegedly caused by severe crosswinds on Interstate 75 in Henry Twp., Wood, Ohio, on January 24, 2014 at approximately 7:50 pm. Reports from the police are that the woman was driving a 2001 Ford CSB pickup, south on the inside lane of Interstate 75, near Mile Post 171. She allegedly lost control while changing lanes and the pickup overturned. North Baltimore EMS transported her to Wood County Hospital. She was charged with operating her vehicle without reasonable control. Shipley’s towed the pickup.
